ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT

We study the feasibility of the project and we follow each phase of its realization:
from preliminary analyses to its completion and delivery to the customers.

Concept design

Creating a brand design: thanks to the studies of the target, we develop ideas to give to the brand its own identity, to recognize it immediately also through customized furnishings.

Interior design

We plan sketches and render views to display all the details of the project.

Lighting design

In particular we focus on lighting effects in order to enhance the characteristics of the interior environments and components realized. We integrate technical and aesthetic aspects, checking directly on site the success of our project.

CONSTRUCTING MANAGEMENT

We plan and co-ordinate the entire construction process, including the FF&E supply and the fitting out of the environments.

Project management

We schedule RFI and BOQ in order to make sure of the quality of the materials supplied. We check the respect of the timeline and the fixed budget.

Procurement

We take into consideration different types of contracts: we verify the suppliers’ quality and we establish the procurement programs.

Site management

We supervise the execution of works, especially the fitting out of the environments, drawing up reports so that our team can keep the realization of the project continuously up-to-date.

FITTING OUT

Whether the project is the development of a new structure or the renovation of an existing building, our approach will be suitable to the environment. We give importance to each single project with the goal to provide a high level of services, in line with all customers’ requests.
